Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners and voice-directed picking systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock rotation to maintain accuracy
- Load/unload freight using dock equipment while maintaining proper stacking techniques
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S compliance in work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Operate automated conveyor systems and sortation equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company training
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning devices
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
