Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Optimize warehouse layout through strategic pallet stacking and slotting
- Execute order fulfillment with zero-error picking/packing standards
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all material handling operations
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for dock scheduling
- Conduct nightly cycle counts for inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail in high-volume environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
