Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Inspect and stage inbound shipments for quality control and proper labeling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Document all activities in digital tracking systems with precision
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficient with handheld scanning devices and basic computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekends as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
