Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move inventory
- Execute accurate order picking/packing with RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for quality control
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with overnight teams for seamless shift transitions
- Participate in quarterly process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6AM-2PM)
