Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners and automated systems
- Perform quality control checks and maintain organized warehouse documentation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet nightly targets
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and report operational issues
- Uphold OSHA compliance standards and foster a zero-accident environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (paid training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
