Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
- Accurately scan and process inbound/outbound shipments
- Optimize warehouse organization and inventory accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Maintain clean and efficient workstations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and WMS experience
