Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Manage inventory control through cycle counting and WMS data entry
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and safety audits
- Support receiving processes and quality control checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (WMS experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to complete
- Flexible availability including weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
