Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming/outbound shipments with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and precisely
- Maintain organized inventory systems through cycle counts and stock rotation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, hazard-free workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Support special projects including inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience or equivalent material handling background
- OSHA Forklift Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
