Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and correctly to move stock.
- Inventory Control: Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure operational efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new warehouse management software quickly.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
