Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts
- Optimize workflow in 250,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and ISO-certified procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Implement lean inventory management practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn WMS systems
- Reliable transportation to 24/7 industrial area location
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in low-supervision environments
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
