Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and verify inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Optimize order picking/packing processes for overnight e-commerce fulfillment
- Maintain precise inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Uphold OSHA compliance and 5S standards in all warehouse zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Document workflow data using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment center experience
- OSHA certification or forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Proficient with RF scanners and warehouse technology systems
- Strong attention to detail with inventory accuracy skills
- Availability for consistent overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math and computer literacy required
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
