Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to move goods safely and efficiently
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery fulfillment
- Maintain organized, clean warehouse spaces following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Perform cycle counts and quality checks to ensure inventory accuracy
- Adhere to all security protocols and restricted area access policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability (Monday-Sunday, 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills and ability to read packing slips/BOLs
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
