Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient material handling
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy standards
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (4-5 days/week)
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system familiarity
- Pass background check and drug screening
