Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet strict delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and scanning.
- Forklift certification is a strong plus but not required for all roles.
- Reliable transportation to the Chicago location.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as business needs dictate.
