Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain organized inventory counts and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Assist in training new associates on warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM shift)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
