Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and organize warehouse inventory using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move and store materials safely
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy to meet client deadlines
- Maintain clean, organized work areas by adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
