Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory in real-time tracking systems
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to distribution centers
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Document warehouse activities and maintain compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to complete training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficient with inventory management software and RF scanners
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with overtime availability
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
