Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory with precision
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily targets and quality standards
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners and digital systems
- Uphold strict safety protocols and maintain a clutter-free work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Document all activities and report discrepancies to shift supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company certification
- Proficiency with RF scanners and inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
