Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners to verify items.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material handling equipment safely.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various temperature conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, with available overtime.
