Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move inventory
- Execute precise order fulfillment and shipping processes
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using WMS systems
- Implement strict safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Train on new equipment and processes as technology evolves
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
