Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety certifications
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols in all operations
- Train new associates on standard procedures and best practices
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability to shift demands
