Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Optimize workflow by organizing stock in designated zones
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily KPIs
- Assist in unloading/receiving shipments with quality control checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred (entry-level welcome)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
