Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Optimize warehouse layout for material flow and space utilization
- Adhere to strict safety standards and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Complete required documentation and quality control checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Reliable transportation to night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
