Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person night shift team, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Implement and enforce safety protocols including OSHA compliance and equipment handling
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliation
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum operational efficiency
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition of operations
- Train and develop staff on new equipment and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
