Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person overnight team during 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM shifts
- Optimize warehouse operations using WMS systems and RF scanners
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain 5S safety standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with 3PL partners
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency with WMS systems (Oracle/JDA preferred)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled environment
- Basic math and inventory reconciliation abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
