Responsibilities
- Efficiently package, label, and prepare shipments for distribution
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Assist in receiving incoming goods and verifying order accuracy
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly with reasonable accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Lexington facility
