Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from trailers and trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks with precision and care.
- Inspect forklift equipment for safety issues before and during shifts, reporting any malfunctions immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated areas to ensure easy accessibility.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to coordinate workflow.
- Perform daily safety checks and complete necessary documentation.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as required to meet production targets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide training for certified forklift operation.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification upon hiring.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and label reading.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
