Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems
- Load/unload shipments with proper equipment operation training
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols including PPE usage and equipment handling
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) after certification
- Support quality control checks for incoming/outgoing products
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for system training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (provided on-site)
