Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips and warehouse procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) with proper training
- Inspect products for quality and report defects to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent workplace injuries
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Update inventory systems using handheld scanners or tablets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Reliable transportation to and from our Columbus facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper lifting techniques
