Key Duties
Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently drive forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to transport goods.
- Loading & Unloading: Load and unload trailers, trucks, and shipping containers in accordance with safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Assist in counting stock, verifying quantities, and logging data into inventory management systems.
- Stock Organization: Maintain an organized warehouse layout, ensuring products are stored safely and easily accessible.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections on forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Housekeeping: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with little to no prior experience who are eager to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory counting and scanning.
- Drug Screen: Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and capable of working a rotating shift schedule.
