Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label products according to order specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, shrink wrappers)
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies to team leads
- Maintain clean and organized workstation and common areas
- Collaborate with pickers and shipping teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
