Responsibilities
- Safely pack, label, and seal products according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment including box sealers, tape dispensers, and labeling machines
- Verify order accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies promptly
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
