Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal merchandise according to order specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Scan and verify product information using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Valid driver's license (if operating warehouse vehicles)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Reliable transportation to the Richmond facility
