Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed and accuracy to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect all items for damage or defects before packaging and shipping.
- Label packages correctly according to shipping guidelines and address requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline the shipping process and meet daily quotas.
- Load and unload trucks and containers in compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners or warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
