Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications using warehouse management systems
- Perform quality control checks to verify product integrity and order accuracy
- Operate packing equipment (box sealers, tape dispensers, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized workstations and adhere to 5S methodology
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Document packing activities and report discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment operation)
- Ability to work independently and meet productivity targets
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
