Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using warehouse management systems
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips and manifests
- Safely operate packaging equipment including label printers and sealers
- Maintain organized and efficient workstations
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily targets
- Perform quality checks on packaged goods
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
