Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders efficiently using provided industrial equipment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling tools safely
- Verify order accuracy through barcode scanning and manual checks
- Maintain organized staging areas and inventory rotation systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance immediately
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and quality control
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with warehouse equipment preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly with provided lifting aids
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and error prevention focus
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
