Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders with precision using RF scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Adhere to strict temperature control protocols for cold chain compliance
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Valid Alaska driver's license (forklift certification a plus)
