Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily schedules
- Perform inventory counts and maintain stock accuracy in warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required (paid training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to the 4500 Corporate Drive location
- Willingness to work overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems training
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
