Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
- Operate packaging equipment including box sealers, labelers, and automated systems
- Verify product quantities and quality against packing lists
- Maintain organized inventory in designated storage areas
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn inventory systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Pass pre-employment background check
