Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using handheld scanners and RF technology
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts (with certification), and conveyor systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Inspect and sort incoming shipments for quality and compliance
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Complete daily reports and maintain organized work areas
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to our Brooklyn facility
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire
