Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packing equipment including tape dispensers, box cutters, and scales
- Inspect products for damage and verify inventory counts before shipping
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily productivity goals
- Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
