Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace with adequate lighting
- Ability to stand/sit for extended periods (4-6 hour shifts)
- Basic computer literacy and tech troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Background check and drug screen required
- Willingness to work occasional weekends during peak seasons
