Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision using RF scanners and packing equipment
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Maintain organized warehouse inventory and stock rotation
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Update inventory systems in real-time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and barcode scanner proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification a plus
- Background check and drug screen required
