Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products in cold storage facilities (32°F-40°F)
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for quality and temperature compliance
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP, OSHA, and FDA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to work in refrigerated environments (32°F-40°F) for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Commitment to safety compliance and teamwork
