Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal orders according to specifications using industry-leading equipment
- Verify product quality and quantities against packing slips to maintain zero-error standards
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and update order status
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely dispatch of packages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workstation
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in using basic warehouse technology (scanners, tablets)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license required for occasional local deliveries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
