Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff daily, including task delegation and performance coaching
- Oversee inventory management, cycle counts, and warehouse organization
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems and provided equipment (forklifts, scanners, etc.)
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving departments for seamless operations
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with equipment operation
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied temperatures
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
