Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging machinery including box sealers and label applicators
- Inspect products for damage and ensure correct item selection
- Maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Organize and stage completed shipments for timely dispatch
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist in receiving and stocking incoming inventory as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
