Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using provided RF scanners and warehouse equipment.
- Verify product quantities and quality against warehouse orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring strict safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all 5S standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize daily workflow.
- Load and unload trucks with speed and care, ensuring cargo security and proper documentation.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50+ lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS) quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
