Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips and quality standards
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging for safe transit
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Scan and label packages with tracking information and shipping documents
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily dispatch deadlines
- Report inventory discrepancies and process returns as needed
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use warehouse management systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
